CruiseFlow is informed by operational technology originally developed for Georgies Canal Cruises, a working passenger-boat business and CruiseFlow partner. The platform behind it handled real bookings, private-hire enquiries, seating plans, dining pre-orders, customer records, staff rotas and daily boat operations.
That heritage matters. Every workflow in CruiseFlow starts from something an operator actually needed on a busy Saturday, then gets rebuilt to serve every kind of business on the water.
To be clear: CruiseFlow itself is new. The full platform is being opened to Founding Fleet operators first, and what we build next is shaped with them.

What is CruiseFlow?
CruiseFlow is the marketplace and operating platform for businesses on the water: sightseeing and dining cruises, private hire, overnight stays, day-boat hire and more. Customers discover and book experiences on one side; operators run their fleet, bookings, dining, crew and payments on the other, all from one connected platform.
Is CruiseFlow built on a real boat business, or just an idea?
It is built from the real, daily operations of Georgies Canal Cruises, a working passenger-boat business and CruiseFlow partner. The bookings, private-hire enquiries, dining pre-orders and crew rotas in our product preview are modelled on problems Georgies actually solved on a busy Saturday, not a theoretical whiteboard exercise.
What is the Founding Fleet, and how do I apply?
The Founding Fleet is our early-access programme for boat businesses that want to help shape CruiseFlow from day one. Pre-register in about four minutes and our team reviews every application personally, there is no automated approval queue. Founding Fleet operators get priority onboarding, direct input into what we build next, and launch pricing confirmed with them before they commit to anything.
How much does CruiseFlow cost?
We have not published a public price list yet. Founding Fleet pricing is agreed directly with each operator, based on the modules their business actually needs, and confirmed with you before you commit to anything.
What kinds of boat businesses is CruiseFlow for?
Any business that runs experiences on the water: sightseeing and river cruises, dining cruises, private hire and charters, overnight stays, day-boat hire, fishing charters, wildlife tours, weddings and corporate events, and more. CruiseFlow treats these as capabilities rather than a single category, so a dining cruise that also takes private hire and hosts weddings simply selects all three.
Is the customer marketplace open yet?
Not yet. The marketplace is in its final build phase, and the search preview on this site is exactly that, a preview. We are onboarding operators through the Founding Fleet now, so experiences are ready to list the moment it opens.
Can I move from my current booking system or spreadsheets?
Yes. Migration planning is part of Founding Fleet onboarding. Our team works through what you use today, whether that is a booking plugin, spreadsheets, a paper seating plan or a separate card terminal, and puts together a practical plan for moving across.
Who owns my customer and booking data?
Your business does. CruiseFlow is the platform your operation runs on, not a data broker. Your customer records, bookings and business details belong to you.
