About these terms

These terms govern your use of the CruiseFlow website and, where you hold one, your CruiseFlow operator account. CruiseFlow is operated by VIVIRON Ltd. By using the website you accept these terms.

The service at this stage

CruiseFlow is currently welcoming its first operators. The customer marketplace is in preview and does not yet offer live availability or consumer bookings. Features shown as previews or marked as coming soon are not yet generally available.

Pre-registering your business is an application, not a contract for service. Applications are reviewed individually and we may accept, waitlist or decline them at our discretion.

Accounts

Operator accounts are created by secure invitation following an approved application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of team members you invite.

We may suspend an organisation where we reasonably believe there is a security risk, misuse, or a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or submit false or misleading information in an application.

Intellectual property

The CruiseFlow name, brand and platform are the property of VIVIRON Ltd. Your business data remains yours.

Liability

The website is provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
