Who we are

CruiseFlow is a platform operated by VIVIRON Ltd. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use cruiseflow.com, apply to join the platform, or hold an operator account, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you pre-register your business we collect your name, work email, telephone number, role, and the business details you provide in the application form.

When you hold an account we collect your sign-in credentials (stored only as a secure hash), your organisation membership, and the operational data your team enters.

We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and audit purposes.

How we use it

To review applications, create and secure operator accounts, provide the CruiseFlow platform, and communicate with you about your application or account.

We only send marketing updates where you have explicitly asked to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can respond to you. Account data is kept for the life of the account and as required for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@cruiseflow.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can raise it with us first, and you also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
